Apparel
 

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

 

PP Tiles (Sports)

 

Please note: No returns are available on customized PP Tile Cricket, Basketball/Pickleball Courts due to the personalized nature of the product. However, we’ve got you covered with a 5-year warranty to ensure your court stays in top condition!

If you experience any issues within the warranty period, our team will be here to help you resolve them. Thank you for choosing us to elevate your game!

Refunds
 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
 

Shipping
 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
 

Exchanges
 

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us. You will be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs.
